SHIPPING & DELIVERY:-

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8+ days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Astrojunctions.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. CANCELLATION AND REFUND:-

Our comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy outlines the following conditions for refunds on services:

– To request a refund, customers must contact us at contact@astrojunctions.com within two hours of making the payment.
– No refunds will be entertained after the two-hour window has expired.
– Products that have been energetically blessed (Abhi Mantrit) and personalized with specific customer names and dates of birth, such as Rashifal, are not eligible for refunds.
– Refunds will not be issued if the customer-provided data is incorrect. However, if the customer contacts us within an hour of placing the order, we will consider requested changes.
– The User assumes full responsibility and liability for hastily and carelessly placing an order, and the Website disclaims any responsibility for refunds once the processing stage has commenced.
– Once the report is delivered to the customer, no refunds will be provided.
– Eligible refunds will be processed within fifteen business days from the date of the refund request, subject to the transaction and processing times of the bank/payment gateway.
– In the event of accidental double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.

– In case a customer receives a damaged, defective, or broken product, they can apply for a replacement or refund by contacting us at contact@astrojunctions.com within two working days of product delivery. No refunds will be processed after two days from the date of product delivery.
– All products must be returned in their original condition, including any accompanying bills and labels.
– To process claims related to broken, damaged, or defective products, customers are required to submit clear images of the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, customers must provide a video recording that starts from the moment the delivery agent arrives and continues through the unboxing process. This video should clearly show the delivery agent, the product in its original packaging, and any damage incurred. All documentation should be sent via email to astrojunctions.com. Disputes submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
– In the case of accidental double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.
– Refunds for products will be issued after deducting bank and/or payment gateway transaction charges, shipping or courier costs (both outgoing and return), customs duty, and any other expenses borne by Astrojunctions.com in processing and delivering the product, as applicable. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:-

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms of Usage, including issues concerning the scope or applicability of these terms, access to your information, or the right to arbitrate, shall be resolved through arbitration in India. The arbitration will be conducted before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by Members and the Website, following the procedures outlined in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The designated seat for such arbitration proceedings will be Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. All arbitration proceedings, including awards, will be conducted in English, and the resulting award will be binding on all parties involved.

However, notwithstanding the above, either party retains the right to seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh to safeguard their rights while the arbitration process is underway.
