This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, cancellations, and refund requests made on https://www.astrojunctions.com and applies to all services offered by ANUPAM SHUKLA (“Astrojunctions”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or availing any service from our website, you agree to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.


1. Nature of Services Covered

Astrojunctions currently provides digital and service-based offerings only, including but not limited to:

  • Premium Kundli / Horoscope Reports

  • Kundli Matching Reports

  • Budget-Friendly Astrology Courses

  • Personal Astrology Consultations (Chat / Call / Video / Email)

  • Any other personalized astrology-based digital service

⚠️ No physical products are sold at present.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, cancellation requests are not accepted

  • Services involving astrologer allocation, report preparation, or consultation scheduling cannot be cancelled after order confirmation

Users are advised to review service details carefully before making payment.


3. Refund Policy (Digital Services)

Refunds are strictly limited and subject to the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund ONLY if:

  • Payment is successfully deducted but

  • Service is not initiated or not delivered due to a technical error from our side

❌ Not Eligible for Refund if:

  • Service has been initiated, processed, scheduled, or delivered

  • Report/course/consultation is personalized or customized

  • User is dissatisfied with interpretation, prediction, or outcome

  • Incorrect personal details were provided by the user

  • Delay occurs due to user unavailability

  • Expectation mismatch or belief-based disagreement

  • Network, device, or connectivity issues during consultation


4. Consultation Services (Chat / Call / Video)

  • Consultation charges are time-based or session-based

  • No refunds will be issued once:

    • Chat has started

    • Call is connected

    • Consultation time has begun

Disconnected calls due to network issues are not refundable.


5. Courses & Digital Content

  • All astrology courses and digital materials are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Access once provided cannot be revoked for refund purposes

  • Sharing, downloading, or misuse may result in account restriction


6. Accidental / Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental double payment for the same service:

  • One payment may be refunded after verification

  • Transaction gateway charges may be deducted


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway

Astrojunctions is not responsible for delays caused by banks or gateways.


8. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable

  • Refund amount, if approved, may be issued after deduction of such charges


9. No Physical Product Returns

Astrojunctions currently does not offer physical or shippable products.
Hence:

  • No return

  • No exchange

  • No replacement

This policy may be updated if physical products are introduced in the future.


10. Final Decision Authority

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to:

  • Internal verification

  • Service delivery status

  • Final approval by Astrojunctions

The decision of Astrojunctions shall be final and binding.
